Online bill printing

You can make, update and print you're invoices over your intranet or even over the internet. All data is stored on a central place. This way you can easily access your data from any place. When you're at home, in your office, in you shop/store or even on vacation.

The bills are built-up using pdf. This way, the pages will always look good. No more "hassling" with tabs, spaces and returns and ens up with something that's not exactly the way you want to. The server will take care of those things. You can also change the layout at any time, and from that moment on, all bills will have the new look.

Ter verduidelijking:

• De "+1 dag" die rechts bovenaan de pagina staat, is voor het vooruitzetten van de datum op de factuur. Aangezien u de facturen vaak in het weekeinde of in de avonduren maakt, maar ze dan pas de volgende dag op de bus doet, wilt u dat de datum ook op die dag staat.
• In de kolom "Afdrukken" kunt u de volgende 3 mogelijkheden afdrukken. U kunt een standaard (1e) factuur afdrukken, een herinerings factuur afdrukken, en ten slotte een factuur met daarop een boete geheven afdrukken. De status zal zich dan ook automatisch op de handeling aanpassen. (echter niet in de demo)
